Chuck is the tax partner and valuation specialist. He graduated from Austin Peay State University with an accounting and business degree. Afterwards, he graduated from the University of Alabama with a Master in Tax Accounting. He became a Certified Valuation Analyst in 1997. He has 40 years of experience working with closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. He has represented clients with the Internal Revenue Service and has performed numerous valuations for estate and gift purposes, buying or selling a business, and litigation support.

Chuck is an avid golfer at Nashville Golf and Athletic Club, and is also a guitar player. He has one daughter, Lindsey. Chuck is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
